Palmadula
(pronounced Pàlmàdulà - in Sassarese Paimadura) is a small village of
650 inhabitants located in the North-West Sardinia.

minerario che conserva ancora oggi il suo antico fascino, grazie alla
presenza dei vecchi edifici in legno risalenti alla seconda metà

più importante che caratterizza il paese è il Ferragosto. Ogni anno, la
settimana che comprende tale data (festeggiata in onore di Santa Maria
Assunta, a cui è intitolata la parrocchia) è ricca di avvenimenti,

Tipiche
di Palmadula sono tutte le pietanze a base di pesce, in particolare
pesce azzurro ei ricci, ma anche le carni (suine, bovine ed ovine),
caratteristiche della cultura sarda e del mangiar bene mediterraneo. Palmadula are typical of all the dishes based on fish, especially blue
